Personal Training & Private Yoga
Infinitely Fit has personal trainers and a private yoga instructor on staff. When you feel that you need that one on one attention or that it's time to take your training to the next level, these are the best options. We also provide small group personal training and private yoga instruction with up to 3 participants in a session.
Each will provide you with a unique plan for the health of your entire being and reach your goals. Private training takes our "there's no one size fits all approach" to the next level to benefit you!

Group Fitness & Yoga Classes
Join us for one of our 3 yoga classes offered weekly. We are offering Restorative Yoga, Vinyasa Flow Yoga, and Hatha Yoga each week to deliver a well-rounded program for every body. Our yoga classes provide a safe environment to explore the physical capabilities of your body and the mental resilience of your mind.
FUNctional Fit Classes
If you are looking for a fun, safe, and challenging environment to workout, Infinitely Fit's FUNctional Fit is your answer! The format is constantly changing to ensure you'll never get bored. We use kettle bells, battle ropes, medicine balls, resistance bands, agility ladders and good old fashioned body weight to get in shape while having fun. Whether you are an avid exerciser or a newbie, this class will get you where you want to be.
This is exactly what it sounds like! 30 minutes of killer core work to strength the power system of movement- our core! You won't want to miss this class!
We have a weekly 30 min stretch class to help our regular exercisers prevent injury and improve stability. We often use varying techniques to break down those "knots" and allow the muscle fibers to stretch independently again. The class can be taken on it's own, but it is often taken after the FUNctional Fit class before to ensure a killer stretch at the end.
This is a 30 minute High Intensity Interval Training Class for the experienced exerciser who is not faint of heart. We will push your body and mind to the limits of cardio and strength capacity. Be ready to sweat and save the talking for the end!
