Infinitely Fit has personal trainers and a private yoga instructor on staff. When you feel that you need that one on one attention or that it's time to take your training to the next level, these are the best options. We also provide small group personal training and private yoga instruction with up to 3 participants in a session.
Each will provide you with a unique plan for the health of your entire being and reach your goals. Private training takes our "there's no one size fits all approach" to the next level to benefit you!

Group Fitness & Yoga Classes
Hatha yoga is a great place to start your yoga experience. With plenty of explanation and time to experience your best expression of each pose this style of yoga is great for both beginners and people looking to take their practice to the next level.
Yin or Restroative yoga is a slow paced class where each pose is held for 5-7 minutes. This meditative style of yoga is ideal for enhancing your mind-body relationship and recovering from muscle soreness or injury. But Yin isn't just for people recovering from injury... Students looking for big changes in skelital alignment or performance in their activty or sport of choice (running, lifting, outrigging, hiking) will benifit from this class greatly. Becasue of the unique style of this class you can make big gains in range of motion, physical comfort and performance with minimal investment of time and effort.
We have a weekly 30 min stretch class to help our regular exercisers prevent injury and improve stability. We often use varying techniques to break down those "knots" and allow the muscle fibers to stretch independently again. The class can be taken on it's own, but it is often taken after the FUNctional Fit class before to ensure a killer stretch at the end.
Join us for a 30 minute class to get your day off right. This class will be ever changing to meet the needs of the class. Come ready to get the heart rate up, the blood pumping and your day started!
FUNctional Fit Classes
If you are looking for a fun, safe, and challenging environment to workout, Infinitely Fit's FUNctional Fit is your answer! The format is constantly changing to ensure you'll never get bored. We use kettle bells, battle ropes, medicine balls, resistance bands, agility ladders and good old fashioned body weight to get in shape while having fun. Whether you are an avid exerciser or a newbie, this class will get you where you want to be.
PLYOGA (not yoga)
PLYOGA was created in an effort to find the ultimate fitness solution for everyone! It truly provides you with the perfect blend of two profound and complementary fitness disciplines. Plyometric movement plays a key role in increasing strength, power, endurance, quick muscle response, and overall cardiovascular health. Those who practice yoga improve their core strength, flexibility, and mental fitness capacity. You will see how your body will look forward to dynamic movement as much as it was originally craving relaxation. YOUR BODY IS POWER!
The I.S.H. Workout stands for (Isometrics, Strength and HIIT) and is a mash-up of everyone’s favorite workouts. We'll tap into our small twitch muscle fibers (i.e you're going to burn!), we'll use our own body weight or light weights or bands and incorporate an action-packed HIIT section. Plan to break a sweat, listen to good music, and melt away the calories while increasing your overall strength
