A process goal is one that rewards the effort you have put into your goals (and yourself) AND you have control over it. Sadly, we don't have control over how our weight respond to our positive health changes. Fortunately, we have control over how many times we attend class, how many servings of veggies we eat, what time we go to bed, where we eat our meals, when we workout, and how far we park from the store.
