Yoga Class Descriptions

Restorative Yin Yoga: Hands down, our most popular class! Yin or Restorative yoga is a slow paced class where each pose is held for 5-7 minutes. This meditative style of yoga is ideal for enhancing your mind-body relationship and recovering from muscle soreness or injury. But Yin isn't just for people recovering from injury... Students looking for big changes in skeletal alignment or performance in their activity or sport of choice (running, lifting, out-rigging, hiking) will benefit from this class greatly. Because of the unique style of this class you can make big gains in range of motion, physical comfort and performance with minimal investment of time and effort.

(Beginner) Hatha Yoga: Hatha yoga is a great place to start your yoga experience. With plenty of explanation and time to experience your best expression of each pose this style of yoga is great for both beginners and people looking to take their practice to the next level.

Fitness Class Descriptions

FUNctional Fit: The Infinitely Fit signature class is a 45 minute all levels circuit class. Using timed intervals and some play, this class is fun and doesn't seem so arduous to workout. You will use equipment like low weight dumbbells and barbells, medicine balls, TRX, BOSU, and plain old bodyweight. We had a 19 year old and a 71 year old in the same class....we mean all levels!

PLYOGA: This format was created in an effort to find the ultimate fitness solution for everyone! It truly provides you with the perfect blend of two profound and complementary fitness disciplines. Plyometric movement plays a key role in increasing strength, power, endurance, quick muscle response, and overall cardiovascular health. Those who practice yoga improve their core strength, flexibility, and mental fitness capacity. You will see how your body will look forward to dynamic movement as much as it was originally craving relaxation. YOUR BODY IS POWER!

Stretch: Take 30 minutes to slow down and stretch your muscles after you worked hard in class. Or come and take stretch on it's own, just listen to your body an needs. Trainers use a variety of stretching techniques and work different aspects of the body based on the needs of the clients.  

Killer Core: Don't worry, you don't have to be working on a six pack to come to this class! It's all about taking care of your low back by strengthening your core. Even though most believe core is just abs, it's not! We work hips to shoulders, front, back and sides throughout this 30 minute class. 

H.I.I.T. (Advanced): This is a 30 minute High Intensity Interval Training Class intended for the experienced exerciser. We will get your heart rate up and sweating through the 30 minutes. Not for the faint of heart or new exerciser.
