Let's get moving!
Infinitely Fit has created a community walking group to help you get moving at your pace!
Our walking/jogging group is a 6-week program created to prepare you for the Live Well San Diego 5K on July 30th! You don't have to sign up for the event to participate in our group, but we would love to have you join our Infinitely Fit Team!
Beginning June 18th, we will train on Sunday 8am and Friday 9am at Lake Miramar as a group and provide a weekly training email to help you stay on track throughout the week. You can join us any time during the training weeks. All are welcome!
We're here to help you on your journey. Which means you can come to one group session, all them, or anywhere in between. And you can stay with the group or go at your pace.
We have CPR and First Aid Certified trainers and 5K experienced runners/walkers to guide you through your group sessions. We look forward to seeing you out there!
And remember to sign up for the Infinitely Fit Team when you register for the 5K! Families and pets welcome to the group sessions!
Meet Your Coaches
My name is Kayla. I wasn’t always a runner. Growing up I tried out for every sport that interested me but I was never really coordinated. This led to disappointment and envy, but overtime I learned to accept it and moved on. In my mid twenties I decided that I wanted to get healthier and decided to try running. I started off with 5k and 8k runs and slowly graduated to half and then a full marathon.Being active gives me life, its my therapy, and what I am truly passionate about. I want to be able to give back to others and share my love for fitness!
My name is Charlee. I am currently a rising junior at a small college in North Carolina called Wingate University. If you are wondering how/why I am on the west coast, my dad is stationed here. Yep, that means I am in fact, a military brat. I moved many times during my childhood, and always found my place in each town through sports. I found that becoming a part of a team was the fastest and easiest way to make friends. While, I played many sports, my true love was soccer. I had to give up my love due to college commitments, but quickly found a second love, the gym! It was a great place to blow off steam while also bettering myself. I love working out and challenging my body everyday, but running has always been a struggle for me. I have always wanted to run races, but would never make it that far in the training. This is a perfect opportunity to finally accomplish what I have always wanted to, and share the experience with others as well.
